College Possible is seeking an AmeriCorps VISTA High School Partnership Specialist to scale Navigate across Greater Minnesota, pairing near-peer coaches with eligible students to expand college access. This role focuses on expanding partnerships in rural communities and building upon prospect research to steward institutional and community partners beyond the Twin Cities.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen student recruitment for Navigate program across Greater Minnesota.
• Research and map potential high schools and community partners; identify target rural communities.
• Develop recruitment materials, promotional resources, and partner MOUs; plan outreach.
• Develop tracking systems with goals/benchmarks for 5–10 new partners.
• Create staff training resources and tools to support recruitment activities.
