Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or a related field.
• Experience in program coordination, student services, or grant administration.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases, and survey tools.
• Ability to manage concurrent deadlines and protect confidential student information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new software quickly.
• Positive interaction with all campus community members.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate recruitment, application review, selection, and onboarding of program participants in accordance with eligibility requirements.
• Administer program awards and stipends with Financial Aid, including agreements and attestations.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for participants and liaison with rural healthcare and behavioral health employer partners.
• Monitor participant progress, licensure, employment outcomes, and service commitments; maintain records and confidentiality.
• Collect and organize program evaluation data, administer surveys, and assist with required MDHHS reporting.
• Assist the Project Director with budget monitoring, grant compliance, and transition of tracking responsibilities.
• Hire, schedule, supervise, and review work of student employees supporting program activities.
• Travel within Michigan to practicum sites, partner agencies, and recruitment events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
