Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation: oversee day-to-day activities for the Rural Health Transformation Program Initiative 9 across participating Northwest Florida counties and partner organizations.
• Coordinate partners and stakeholders: build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, community groups, public health partners, local governments, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and program alignment: ensure activities meet goals, contractual requirements, and university, state, federal, and funding agency policies.
• Monitor performance and quality improvement: track implementation and performance measures; review outcomes and support improvement plans.
• Manage budgets and resources: monitor budgets and expenditures and assist with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Support reporting and dissemination: coordinate progress reports and assist with presentations and policy briefs.
