Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day implementation activities across Rural Health Transformation Program projects.
• Coordinate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and partners.
• Assist with developing, reviewing, and disseminating materials while ensuring compliance.
• Track progress, risks, issues, and escalation needs.
• Prepare reports and implementation updates for leadership.
• Support planning and execution of meetings, internal and external.
• Identify operational challenges and troubleshoot solutions with teams.
• Maintain organized project documentation and version control.
• Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Contribute to implementation strategies, tools, and processes.
• Maintain productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
