Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking an Outreach Coordinator for the Rural Health Transformation Program. You will coordinate stakeholder engagement, manage communications, and support project activities across state agencies, providers, and community groups.

The role requires strong organization, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Remote work with travel may be required; New York location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings or stakeholder activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement with healthcare providers, community orgs, government agencies and stakeholders.
• Maintain contact lists, trackers, and communication records.
• Support advisory committees, workgroups, listening sessions, and forums.
• Assist with development and implementation of engagement plans and outreach strategies.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, track actions and follow-ups.
• Ensure inclusive and responsive stakeholder participation.
