Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking an Outreach Coordinator for the Rural Health Transformation Program to engage stakeholders, manage communications, and support project activities across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with state agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to facilitate planning, outreach, and coordination of deliverables, ensuring timely communication and effective engagement for program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, project coordination, public sector initiatives, or related programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating meetings, workgroups, or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience developing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and communications products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement trackers.
• Plan and facilitate advisory committee meetings, workgroups, listening sessions, interviews, and forums.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and outreach plans.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, follow-up communications, and action item tracking.
• Ensure stakeholder participation is inclusive and responsive to program goals.
