Rice Community Health seeks a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join Lyons Family Clinic, Lyons, KS. The APP collaborates with physicians and nurses to deliver comprehensive family medicine, including nights on ER call at a local critical access hospital.

Formación

• Active APRN or PA license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of NP/PA clinical experience.
• Certifications in ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-stress environments.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and triage patients with comprehensive history and exams.
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses as part of a care team.
• Initiate and manage treatment plans and order/interpret tests.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide emergency interventions and manage critically ill patients.
