Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a highly regarded rural Southeast Nebraska hospital in recruiting an Advanced Practice Provider. The role offers autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and a flexible schedule (PRN, part-time, or full-time) within a collegial care team.

The position includes providing 24-hour call coverage, supporting a low-volume ED and inpatient care, and working with a team of 3 APPs and 1 physician.

Qualifications

• Emergency Medicine experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with autonomy.
• Schedule flexibility: PRN, part-time, or full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage 6–14 days per month.
• Cover a low-volume emergency department and support inpatient care.
• Collaborate with a small APP-physician team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
