• Valid Ohio Superintendent license or eligibility through Ohio Dept. of Education and Workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide strategic plan implementation aligned with Shared Vision 2025–2028.
• Guide curriculum frameworks to ensure workforce readiness and digital competencies.
• Build community partnerships with families, local businesses, and staff.
• Oversee capital improvements and allocate resources to ensure safe, modern facilities.
• Collaborate with the Treasurer on long-range financial planning to prevent deficits.
