Job summary

Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (NVRH) in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, seeks an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our OBGYN and Midwifery team.

The CNM provides full-scope midwifery care in a rural setting, collaborating with three OBGYNs, three midwives and a women's health NP to support physiologic birth and patient choice. The position includes 24/7 on-call coverage for midwifery caseload, clinic days and shared calls, with deliveries in our Birth Center on the same floor as

Qualifications

• Current Vermont RN license required or ability to obtain.
• Current Vermont APRN license required or ability to obtain.
• Vermont DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• BLS through the AHA.
• Insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope CNM duties in a rural OBGYN/midwifery setting.
• Collaborate with three OBGYNs, three midwives and one women's health NP.
• Deliveries in the Birth Center and 24/7 on-call coverage.
• Clinic days plus shared calls.
