Job summary

Acadia Physician Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a hospital-based Women's Health practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role covers prenatal through postpartum care in collaboration with four OB/GYN physicians and a Women’s Health NP.

The position is full-time (40 hours) with a structured on-call pattern, providing stability and excellent work–life balance while serving a broad central Vermont population.

Qualifications

• CNM certification required and eligible to practice in Vermont.
• Ability to provide full-scope midwifery care across reproductive lifespan.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care within a hospital-based OB/GYN team.
• Collaborate with physicians and a Women’s Health NP to deliver evidence-based care.
• Participate in a structured on-call schedule and support physiologic birth.
