Job summary

RWJ Barnabas Health in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our OB/GYN practice.

You will provide full-scope midwifery care in collaboration with our physicians and midwives, supporting antepartum through postpartum care and well-woman gynecology.

This role offers opportunities to work in hospital and outpatient settings, with a team that values collaboration, patient-centered care, and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNM license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-scope midwifery practice in a collaborative MD/MW environment preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with an evidence-based approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient-centered, holistic care and shared decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
• Well-woman gynecologic care.
• Family planning and contraceptive counseling.
• Patient education and advocacy.
• Labor and delivery support at Monmouth Medical Center (Long Branch, NJ).
• Office-based care at our locations in Colts Neck, Little Silver, and Lakewood.
