Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Cardiologist to join a growing rural hospital team in Eastern Oregon. You will provide outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care with autonomy, supported by onsite Echo, EKG, and stress testing capabilities.

This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with relocation assistance and a competitive compensation package in a scenic, outdoor-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited school.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiology Fellowship.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License and board certification/eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease.
• Commitment to high-quality care in a community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient and consultative inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Perform and interpret echocardiograms, stress tests, and EKG/Holter monitoring.
• Manage long-term cardiac conditions for the local population.
• Supervise stress testing in co-located Respiratory Therapy department.
• Interpret cardiac imaging, ECGs, and device interrogation reports.
• Manage implantable cardiac devices.
• Perform procedures including loop recorder implantation/removal, cardioversion, and TEE.
• Collaborate with PCPs and hospitalists for seamless transitions of care.
• Help shape the future of cardiac services in the rural healthcare system.
