Fleet Feet in Texas is seeking an Outfitter to join our team. You will help customers pick the right footwear and gear, offer personalized service, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store environment as part of a dynamic team.

You will listen to customers, build relationships with peers and vendors, stay current on product features and trends, and support events and merchandising to drive community and store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Delivering personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
• Recommending and fitting footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
