Fleet Feet is seeking an Outfitter to connect with customers and help them choose gear for their next race. You will listen to customer needs, provide personalized solutions, and build strong relationships with shoppers and peers in a fast-paced environment.

You will be part of a dynamic team that values service, community involvement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, with training and product discounts offered.
