Job summary

ITW Welding in Appleton, Wisconsin, is seeking a dependable assembler to join our team. You will assemble and package running gear product lines, manage target material levels, order and stock supplies, and deliver finished products to the loading dock; cross-training within the department is expected.

This role requires overtime readiness (10–12 hour days, occasional Saturdays), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to 12 hours, read blueprints, use hand tools, and maintain safety and

• Understand and be responsible for material ordering and managing target levels.
• Ability to use hand tools for assembly.
• Meet production cycle time expectations for each assembly.

• Ability to read blueprints to ensure product assembled and packaged to print.
• Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly.
• Forklift certification / driving.
• Stand for up to 12 hrs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package different running gear product lines.
• Manage target levels on the company intranet and stock materials as needed.
• Deliver finished products to the loading dock area.
• Cross-training/rotation within the department regularly.
• Willing to work overtime to meet customer demand.
• Maintain efficiency and quality standards.
