Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Riverside, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to operate pallet jack equipment and move pallets within the facility. The role includes loading, unloading, and placing pallets, with a 4 x 10 shift from Wednesday to Saturday and a pay range of $19.20 per hour depending on experience.

Qualified candidates will lift up to 40 lbs, handle pallet wrapping and moving tasks in cold or dry storage, and follow all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C or up to 100°F/37°C with PPE.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Use pallet jack to move pallets to the scheduled door for shipping.
• Move pallets from inbound dock to storage locations for put-away.
• Identify requested products in work orders.
• Change over pallets for picking; inspect for damages and report issues.
• Ensure pallets are wrapped properly when hauled into doors.

2PM SHIFT Wed-Sat 4 x 10s $19.20/HR DOE

Operate pallet jack equipment to move pallets and product from one place to another while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use pallet jack equipment to move the pallet to the scheduled door to ship
• Move pallets from the inbound dock door to locations inside the warehouse to be put away
• Find products requested in work orders
• Change over pallets for picking, visually review items for damages or flaws; document and report damages to lead/supervisor
• Confirm all pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine, based on location
• Invert pallets using a pallet inverter, based on location
• May work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills may be required depending on facility
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range: $16.90 - $26.11
