Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a warehouse picker in Riverside, CA. The role involves using pallet jacks to assemble customer orders, inspect equipment, and ensure correct lot numbers and product codes are reflected in inventory.

The shift is 4x10s with weekends required, and pay ranges from $16.97 to $28.65 per hour with potential pick incentives. Candidates must lift up to 40 lbs, tolerate cold and warm storage environments, and understand English for instructions and voicing commands.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English or other official language as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
• Able to work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or warm storage up to 100°F/37°C with protective gear.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jack to pick products and assemble orders.
• Inspeccing pallet jack equipment before use.
• Mark materials with identifying information.
• Ensure correct lot numbers/product codes on picks.
• Record materials using site equipment to update inventory.
• Arrange stock parts in specified order for assembly.
• Report damaged products to inventory or supervisor.

Additional Job Description

Shift: 4AM - 2:30PM - 4x10s - weekends required

Pay: $20 - $22/hr DOE + $4-$9 Pick Incentive

Use pallet jack equipment to assemble customer orders while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. Deliver product to the required area.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes
• Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65
