POSITION SUMMARY: A Runner is an essential part of the Dacha team, responsible for enhancing the customer experience. Professionalism, superb tableside manners, teamwork, and nimbleness are key to providing a unique dining and entertainment experience for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide friendly, upbeat, and professional service to guests in your designated area.
2. Ensure every guest has an exceptional overall experience.
3. Assist the chef in expediting and delivering food from the kitchen to guests in the dining room, bar, and beer garden.
4. Help serve drinks from the bar to dining guests.
5. Bus and pre-bus guest tables and the bar area.
6. Deliver food to guests, clearly announcing the dish names.
7. Maintain the expo station, including cleaning, organizing garnishes, wipes, and to-go supplies.
8. Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol control policies to ensure the safety of the establishment and patrons.
9. Break down the expo station, including taking out trash and storing garnishes.
10. Maintain a neat and professional appearance, including wearing a clean uniform throughout your shift.

Physical and Other Demands:

1. Walk and stand for the entire shift.
2. Reach, bend, lift, carry, and wipe frequently.
3. Remain stationary for extended periods.
4. Wash hands regularly.
5. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds over distances of up to 50 feet, possibly using a foot-stool.
6. Manipulate fingers, hands, and arms for tasks like cutting, measuring, pouring, and serving.
7. Hear and speak clearly.
8. Have good vision and the ability to focus between close and distant objects.
9. This role requires long hours and weekend work.

Education and Experience:
