Job summary

Black Mesa Casino in Kentucky is seeking a courteous restaurant server to deliver food and beverages to guests, greet diners, and make menu recommendations in a fast-paced casino dining room.

The role requires six months of food service experience, strong mobility to carry trays, and a friendly, professional demeanor; evening and weekend availability is preferred, with training provided. You will help reset tables and participate in safety policies to maintain hygiene standards.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Six (6) months’ experience in food preparation in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sufficient strength to carry food trays.

Good Mobility to deliver drinks and food to guests

Visual acuity and hearing are sufficient to take orders and prepare bill in a fast-paced environment.
