Job summary

Cinepolis-Moviehouse & Eatery in The Woodlands, TX seeks a food runner to accurately deliver dishes and beverages from the kitchen to guests, while assisting servers to ensure exemplary service. You will help keep dining areas clean and well-stocked, and support other staff during busy periods and events.

The role requires a minimum age of 16, a Texas Food Handler Card (and TABC cert if 18+), professional communication, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Exhibit professionalism at all times in the presence of guests, management, and fellow employees
• Meet specific company dress standards regarding hair length, jewelry, clothing, etc., that will be prescribed at the sole discretion of management

Responsibilities

• Delivers food, alcohol, beverages, and other items to guests efficiently throughout the movie
• Assists servers with guest needs, including silverware and condiments
• Clears tables distraction free throughout the movie using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
• Cleans and sets up auditoriums after movie ends
• Prepares and maintains runner station at drink expo line
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Supports other areas of the operation as necessary, including setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
• Ensures communication procedures are effective and efficient on day to day basis, so that service standards are not compromised
