What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide Team Members and managers during your shift to deliver exceptional Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and managing each shift
  • Overseeing inventory
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring McDonald’s gold standards
  • Maintaining food safety, security, and profitability
  • Handling daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • Leading crew training and management
  • Ensuring quality food production
  • Providing outstanding customer service
