Job summary

Brooks Running invites applications for the Run Perception Intern position at our Seattle HQ. You will assist researchers collecting perception data on fit, performance, and design, contributing to product development across Development, Design, and Merchandising.

This six-month, 40-hour/week onsite internship targets a master's graduate in biomechanics, kinesiology, or related fields, offering hands-on experience with data analytics and storytelling to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in biomechanics, kinesiology, exercise science, or related analytical field.
• Willing to commit to a six-month, onsite internship in Seattle, WA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commit to up to 40 hours per week on site at HQ.
• Experience with MS Office; data mining and report-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Run Perception Researchers in collecting tester data nationwide.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Compile scientific reports and present findings to product teams.
• Collaborate with Developers to translate insights into product improvements.
• Engage with Brooks community and manage content for testing group.

Education

Master's degree in biomechanics, kinesiology, and/or exercise science or equivalent analytical field
