Responsibilities

The Training Program is excited to introduce anew leadership opportunityand is currently seekingtwo Run Leadsto help lead and support our Spring and Fall training programs!

The hourly rate for this role is $15/hr.

As a Run Lead, you’ll:

• Lead weekly group runs


• Communicate important program updates


• Support participants on their training journey


• Represent the program at races and community events


• Help foster an encouraging, welcoming, and inclusive environment

Required Availability

• Every Wednesday evening during the 16-week training block


• Every Saturday morning during the 16-week training block


• Race day mornings/afternoons as scheduled


• Monthly virtual coach and leadership meetings
