Job summary

Fleet Feet Cincinnati is seeking two Run Leads to guide our Spring and Fall 16-week training programs. This is more than an outfitter role — lead, support participants, and help shape a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. The hourly rate for this role is $15/hr.

You will lead weekly group runs, share program updates, and represent the program at races and events. Availability Wednesdays and Saturdays during the training block, with race day times and monthly virtual meetings.
