Fleet Feet is seeking an Outfit­ter to join our high-energy retail team in Winston-Salem. You will help customers choose running gear, shoes, socks, and apparel to support their next run, while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a friendly team, build relationships with customers and peers, and contribute to Fleet Feet initiatives and community activities inside a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required including days, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Experience in customer-facing sales environments preferred
• Deliver best customer experience by outfitting customers with appropriate gear

Responsibilities

• Recommend gear and products to customers to help them finish their runs
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and peers
• Provide personalized solutions and outfitting to customers as they start or persevere
