Job summary

Shaw Industries in Dalton, GA, is seeking a Finishing Operator for the Rugs Department on the 3rd shift (Sun night–Thu night, 11:30pm–7:30am). You will inspect, handle and process finished rugs to meet quality standards, print labels, and support packout and shipping.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Cut Table Operators, applying edge materials, performing quality checks, and assisting with R&D projects as needed to sustain plant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Must have good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently, without close supervision.
• Computer skills with current software experience.
• Previous experience as Finishing Operator in Rugs Department preferred.
• LTO Certification recommended but not required.

**Position Overview****Shaw Industries** is seeking a **Finishing Operator** to join our Rugs Department at **Plant T1 on 3rd Shift (Sunday night-Thursday night 11:30pm-7:30am)** . The Finishing Operator is responsible for supporting production operations by inspecting, handling, and processing finished rug products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
