Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a mechanical design engineer working on hardware products.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or a comparable CAD platform.
• Experience designing enclosures, mounts, and mechanical assemblies for electronic devices.
• Ability to produce 3D models, drawings, specifications, BOMs, and assembly documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design enclosures, housings, brackets, mounts, and mechanical assemblies for electronic, RF, and integrated systems.
• Develop cooling and ventilation solutions to manage heat in sealed and high-power electronic systems.
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models and assemblies in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or comparable tools.
• Own mechanical designs from the first model through prototype fabrication, assembly, and testing.
• Release documentation to production and support the transition from prototype to volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D, hardware, embedded, RF, and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated products.
