Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited full‑time undergraduate or graduate degree program required.
• Interest in cable harness and interconnect design and development.
• Willingness to learn MIL-STD connectors and IPC standards; able to apply engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑reliability cable harnesses and interconnects for rugged environments.
• Create, test, and document CAD drawings and 3D models; prepare test reports and evaluations.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineers to ensure cross‑discipline compatibility.
• Support builds, resolve non‑conformances, and contribute to continuous improvement.
