Job summary

Superior Tire & Rubber Corp. is seeking a Rubber Technician I to trim excess rubber from tires, track pads, and sweeper shoes on the Press Floor and to assist with demolding operations.

You will also run the TC40 portion of the transfer cell when required, supporting molding and demolding processes to maintain quality and productivity. Responsibilities include coordinating parts as demolds, notifying leads of defects, and ensuring safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Experience with press floor operations and demolding processes.
• Ability to identify defects and notify supervisors.
• Commitment to safety and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Trim flashing off demolded parts using appropriate tools.
• Date stamp and label parts correctly.
• Load and stage finished parts for pallets and shipping.
• Demold/reload molds under supervision; assist TC40 as needed.
• Follow 5S practices to maintain organized work area.
• Report issues promptly to supervision.
