Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding in Ohio seeks a Quality Leader to establish and sustain methods for controlling and improving the quality of rubber compound design and manufacturing. You will review daily lab testing and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on maintaining ISO 9001:2015, managing nonconforming material, leading audits, and developing documentation such as FMEA, MSA, control plans, and PPAP, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
• Proven ability to drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading internal and external quality audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate corrective actions to eliminate nonconformities.
• Maintain ISO 9001 quality systems and audit readiness.
• Lead Lab and Quality teams and supervise QA staff.
• Support CAPA and quality improvement initiatives.
• Review and approve test results to meet specs.
