SURGE Staffing is seeking Production Operators for a full-time manufacturing role in Killbuck, OH. This hands-on position involves operating production equipment in a rubber manufacturing environment and following established procedures.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training is available. 1st shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, paying $19.50/hour.

Competenze

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment and varying temperatures
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
