SURGE Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a Killbuck, Ohio facility on 1st shift. You will support the end of the production line by inspecting, organizing, stacking, and preparing finished products for packaging and shipment.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift materials, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. Full-time schedule includes Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor finished products at the end of the production line
• Inspect products for quality and defects
• Remove, organize, and stack finished materials
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Perform other general production duties as assigned
