  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; Materials Science or related engineering disciplines considered.
  • Recent graduate to 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, process engineering, materials engineering, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and drive effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and willing to work on the production floor with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with operators, engineers, customers, and leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently or in a team.
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, materials development, continuous improvement, and building a long-term engineering career.
