Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Two or more years of experience in quality, manufacturing, process engineering, production, inspection, or a related technical environment.
  • Working knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as root cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC, audits, process improvement, or continuous improvement.

  • Train and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality practices, improve product performance, and achieve operational excellence.

  • Desire to learn and grow in areas such as Lean, Six Sigma, quality systems, auditing, and customer quality management.
