Job summary

TRINITY EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS in Tulsa, OK seeks a Rubber Press Operator to prepare materials and operate rubber press equipment, producing parts per work orders and tolerances. The role requires reading orders, setting up equipment, and maintaining records in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

You will monitor machinery, perform quality checks, adhere to safety and ISO procedures, and work overtime as needed to support production targets.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, machine operation or press operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work orders and production instructions.
• Basic shop math including measurements, tolerances, counting, ratios and percentages.
• Ability to use basic hand tools (wrenches, knives, hammers, pliers).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality parts.
• Ability to monitor assigned machinery during operation.
• Follow safety, quality, ISO and production procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials match the work order before production.
• Cut, mill and press rubber materials per job specs.
• Read work orders to determine materials, dimensions and tolerances.
• Set up and operate rubber press equipment.
• Monitor machinery to prevent scrap and safety hazards.
• Inspect pressed parts for quality and accuracy.
• Meet production output goals while maintaining quality.
