Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking a Rubber Process Engineer to join our Bristol, NH manufacturing site. You will work on process optimization, support production teams, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has a chemical engineering background, data-analysis skills, and strong communication abilities to collaborate with operators, engineers, and leadership across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; Materials Science or related engineering disciplines may also be considered.
• Recent graduate to 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, process engineering, materials engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and drive effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and eager to spend time on the production floor working directly with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with operators, engineers, customers, and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in manufacturing processes, materials development, continuous improvement, and building a long-term engineering career.
