Job Overview

Contribute toward the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department. Complies with current ISO requirements, good housekeeping, and all safety requirements.

A Day In The Life

• Set up and operate rubber encapsulation machine according to print specifications, shop order, and process sheet.
• Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure safety of self and others.
• Ensure the machine is operated with the proper mold and at the correct temperature.
• Perform at a level that maintains production standards.
• Work at any workstation as required to meet production demands.
• Inspect products to ensure continued conformance to specifications.
• Complete all documentation and perform rework on nonconforming products.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. Computer skills are a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
