Job Overview

Contribute to the efficient operation of the rubber encapsulating department. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, maintain good housekeeping, and adhere to all safety requirements.

A Day In The Life

• Set up and operate rubber encapsulation machines according to print specifications, shop orders, and process sheets.
• Follow all safety regulations to ensure safety for yourself and others.
• Operate machines with proper molds and at correct temperatures.
• Maintain production standards by performing assigned tasks effectively.
• Work at various workstations as needed to meet production demands.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Complete all documentation and perform rework on nonconforming products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

What Will Help You Thrive in This Role?

• High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to perform basic reading, writing, and math skills. Computer skills are a plus.
• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
