Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college or trade schooling preferred.
• Produce quality work at a consistent pace, standing on feet for 8 hour shift; able to lift up to 35-40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Setting quality standards, ensuring standards are met, training and communicating policies and procedures, auditing and analyzing processes, measuring production, reporting results.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships by working closely with employees, supervisors and other departments.
