The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for an 8-hour shift, and strict adherence to safety practices. Multiple shifts available with full-time status and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college or trade schooling preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Primarily operates a rubber injection machine.
• Operates pinning press to press stainless steel pins into part posts.
• Applies adhesive primer to posts while avoiding spills and contamination.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and complies with regulations.
