Made in the USA, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on most products.Job DescriptionThe Rubber Machine Operator produces molded products or parts from pre-mixed standard rubber or plastic compounds. The Machine Operator observes continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary. Other key tasks include measuring and visually inspecting products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments; positioning and securing work pieces on machines, and start feeding mechanisms; and turning valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, and speed and feed rates, and to set cycle times.
