Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the rubber and dispersants manufacturing facility in the United States. You will lead safety, operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, cost, and HR to deliver orders on time with minimal variability while meeting budget goals.

This role drives operational excellence, develops talent, and aligns plant performance with World Class Leadership principles. You’ll develop production plans, supervise KPIs (throughput, yield, downtime), pursue Lean/Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in Operations/Plant Management.
• Strong background in chemical, rubber, polymer, or specialty chemicals manufacturing.
• Experience with dispersants, additives, compounding, or batch/continuous processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall plant operations including EHS, production, maintenance, engineering, quality, cost, internal controls, HR, and other functions.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as throughput, yield, downtime, and scrap/rework rates; drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Drive employee engagement and develop the capability of team members; build a high‑performance culture.
