Job summary

Arclin USA is looking for a Plant Manager for our Denver, CO plant. Reporting into the Director of Manufacturing, this position is accountable for safe operations, delivering the lowest manufacturing cost, meeting specifications with minimal variability, and ensuring on-time delivery to achieve customer delight.

The role includes establishing the budget and goals, managing performance, and leading a 20+ person team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related Manufacturing Management/Business field.
• 8+ years relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a plant of 20+ employees.
• Ability to deal with customer problems that have been elevated and/or proactively approach customers to anticipate and manage potentially contentious situations.

Responsibilities

• Displays all leadership characteristics and communicates expectations across the team.
• Ensures operations comply with all policies and regulatory requirements including HSE.
• Ensures plant operates per standard objectives for EHS, Quality, Cost, HR, Internal Controls, Productivity, Asset Management, Logistics, and Housekeeping.
• Develops an environment conducive to innovation and integrates team input into decisions.
• Achieves project objectives within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Produces products at the lowest cost by optimizing rate, waste, and energy use while minimizing labor density.
• Communicates goals and progress clearly to direct reports to engage talent and business acumen.
• Develops annual departmental plans and aligns expense and capital budgets with objectives.
• Provides performance management for direct reports, including coaching and feedback.
