Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least five years related experience.
• Ability to read and understand provided documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for weights, measures and proportions.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure raw materials according to formulas.
• Prepare compounds for molding or extrusion.
• Blend materials on rubber mills.
• Verify compound materials with the laboratory.
• Weigh materials per formula sheet.
• Assist with monthly RCHEM/RCOMP inventories and ERP data entry.
• Visually inspect compounds for defects and consistency.
