Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to follow written instructions, technical drawings, and work orders.
Safe operation of production machinery.
Proficiency with measurement tools and shop math.
Visual inspection for quality; basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out production tasks according to work orders and schedules.
Operate equipment including hydraulic presses, autoclaves, ovens, lathes, and related tooling.
Use calipers, gauges, scales, and tape measures for measurements.
Complete process documentation and production records.
Identify issues promptly and communicate with supervisors.
Assist in troubleshooting to maintain production flow.
Maintain clean, organized workstation and participate in 6S/CI activities.
Support training of team members on equipment and processes.
Enter production data into software systems.
Monitor inventory levels and report material needs.
Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
Inspect products for dimensional accuracy and workmanship.
