24 Seven Talent is seeking a talented RTW Soft Wovens Designer to craft elevated collections across dresses, tops, skirts, pants, and other woven categories. You will bring a strong point of view, technical skill, and deep knowledge of fit, fabrication, and construction.

The role involves design development, trend research, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver production‑ready samples. You will maintain organized design records and contribute to cohesive, marketable collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of soft wovens design experience.
• Experience taking collections from concept through production.
• Strong illustration and design skills with proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, fit, patternmaking, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design development: create original soft woven designs reflecting brand aesthetic and customer needs.
• Trend research and innovation: analyze trends, sources of inspiration, and new silhouette ideas.
• Sample development: collaborate with design/production to develop samples from concept to approval and provide feedback on fit and construction.
• Quality and standards: ensure designs meet brand standards and commercial goals; review samples.
• Documentation and organization: maintain records of fabrics, trims, specs, and approvals; report progress.
