Job summary

Novanta Inc. in El Monte, CA, is seeking a manual assembly technician within the Robotics & Automation unit to perform bonding, back etching, sorting, fine wire shaping, grading, gage matching, wanding, boxing of strain gages, and to apply Lean principles for daily improvements.

The role requires steady hands, ability to read procedures, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn; prior microscope work is a plus. Travel is none; lifting up to 35 lbs; standing and bench work daily.
