Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an RTSM Specialist to manage the successful implementation of RTSM systems in line with client requirements, timelines, and Worldwide standards. You will oversee project management from award through RTSM decommissioning, coordinate study activities, monitor budgets, and ensure clear communications with sponsors and internal teams.

Travel may be required. The role offers a collaborative environment with global teams and opportunities to influence study design

Qualifications

• 2 years RTSM experience
• 1 year project management experience
• 5 years CRO/pharma experience
• Familiar with RTSM topics including study design and randomization
• Understanding of clinical trials, blinding, patient safety and data integrity

Responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight from award to RTSM decommissioning, including deliverables and timelines
• Communicates RTSM project activities to stakeholders
• Serves as escalation point for RTSM study issues
• Oversees RTSM project communications including status reports, agendas and minutes
• Travel to Investigator Meetings or project meetings when required
• Manage RTSM study budget and vendor work orders
• Contribute to RTSM study design and URS approval
