Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Configuration Consultant to join the RTSM team. The role involves configuring RTSM projects to meet study requirements with high quality and attention to detail.

This full-time, exempt position typically follows Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with hours adapting to customer needs and deliverables. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, leading design reviews, guiding RTSM design, and managing data integration solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ year degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of customer service or other client relationship experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Text Editing software
• Excellent attention to detail
• 1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience
• 1+ years in the Life Sciences industry
• Experience with Veeva Vault

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional team members and customers to understand RTSM requirements
• Configure the RTSM based on customer requirements
• Lead design review meetings with customers
• Provide RTSM expertise and guidance in the RTSM design
• Manage and configure data integration solutions
• Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of issues associated with designing complex systems and projects
